I changed my contract to the debit order system last year as i took out another contract at Nashua, however due to funds going into that account late i was paying cash at the branch when i received my statement, which usually came through on the 4th of each month, i called in a few times to ask the credit department to take it off the debit order system, because as the debit would fail, and then i would have to pay extra for failed debits, which i had to thereafter, as well as nashua billing me for failed debits, well the female that i spoke to was very rude, with me, have the recording to prove it, and told me that she cant do that, so i asked her will she then pay nashua an extra R62 some change for the debit returning, i then did an upgrade on 1 of the numbers 0781230271 on the 7th September last year. I asked all the necessary question with regards to the price and which i was told that everything is inclusive, i also sent a mail with the same questions, i was advised everything is inclusive, when i received my bill, i didnt really take notice, just went and paid, the amount on it, untill January when i looked at the bill i realized ive been paying way more. to be continue
