Horrible attitude, accountability and commitment!!

I have been with vodacom contract for over 10 years and just renewd my contract including insuarance. I requested assistance and notably he never had listening skills or render sound advise to me as a customer. Instead he did what he thoought would be good to me without consulting or agreeing with me. Now he has lots of excuses defending himself leaving out there a very dissasitfied customer. Am so hurting and will now cancel my contract and spread the corrupt appraoch / service received. Now i need to suffer because of Vodacom!!! The world MUST know what kind of sales people this branch has. If you commit on something do it. How can you tell a and tell me you "thought" you acted... WHERE IS THE WRITTEN PROOF??? I had a contract with you because i trusted and also very loyal customer. I need this sorted out ASAP because its your fault on communication otherwise will take legal action!!! Very dissapointed, hurting and for me what is customer centricity??? if this is how you always treated your customers - am very worried because Vodacom as a brand is still going to suffer because of the way you engage your customers.
