Uncapped Switch to Capped (Misrepresentation)

On the 26th of November my Uncapped Axxess DSL was activated, by the 5th of December I had quite enough of their throttling of my line, and on advise from one of Axxess' sales agents switched to Capped 100GB account.

I was advised by the agent that my account was in credit for the switch (cost of capped line R599, credit R646).

I was emailed twice advised that I owe full amount for December 2013 of over R600 despite having credit, so essentially they wanted to bill me twice, once for uncapped account and a second time for capped account.

Then they emailed me to state I had to pay for the data used on the uncapped account since I switched to a capped account, at no stage on any call was I advised this is there operating procedure (which is in of its self a total misrepresentation) They want to charge me at R19 per GB used on and UNCAPPED ACCOUNT!

They still have the gall to advise that I owe them R285.

There is no internal communication within Axxess, for a company of 55 staff the lack of interdepartmental knowledge is shocking.

MY ADVISE IS STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN
