Taken my money and they don't want to give it back

In the end of May I went for an upgrade. Before June I went back to make sure that the contract was right. I was assured it was. Next week I went back to tell them it was wrong. Because in stead of a R189.00 per month contract they wanted to take the entire amount of R3070.00. They then me informed me that the consultant linked the wrong promo. The manager then told me she would have to speak to her manager about what to do. I was informed the following Tuesday that the manager had sorted out the problem. I would have the correct contract shown on my account. A request would be sent to there account department so that the amount of R3070.00 would not be deducted. Also I could not get my new account till the end of the month. So what happened last month. They took the R3070.00 R189 298 FOR PRORATA DATA used. I said I would pay the prorate. But this morning I am told I will not get the R3070.00 back but instead it will go as a credit onto my cell c account and not back to my banking account. Cell c does not care that I have bills to pay. I have had a contract with them for 3 plus years and they do this. I even asked about my new account forms and was told it was not ready.
