Unnaccepatable BAD Service

On the 18th of June, I called Vodacom Upgrades, and spoke to LETHUKUTHULA MFABA to order an upgrade. At the end of the conversation, she told me that there was no stock of the colour I wanted. I then told her to cancel the upgrade. She obviously didn't do her job because the next day, the phone that I canceled was delivered to my office. I was sick that day, so I called in from home and told them to collect the phone as the order it was canceled. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for them to collect the phone. I have called in 4 times, and have spoken to a different person each time, each making promises that they will have the phone collected. The last person POPHEO from cancellations refused to answer my questions and was deliberately unresponsive. MPOLOKENG from Upgrades said he would get back to me, but never did. I am not sure what to do. I've asked for a manager's name, but POPHEO refused to answer me when I asked. I still have the phone, unopened - sitting on my desk. I desperately need a new phone. I have 3 voice ands 2 data contracts with Vodacom, and I really don't appreciate being treated like this. I need some assistance ASAP!!!
