Yesterday walking into cell c to get a new contract . a indian lady served me but instead of finishing her job with me she went to serve someone else! i let it slide . then when she was done i called her and she told me to wait she had called other customers . she did this 3 times . i noticed all the customers she was helping were all indian.. she refused to serve me so i left. today i call cell c customer care and had 3 very rude agents talk to me shout at me and cut me then cut me off... they have been over billing me for 3 months and when i try to find out what the extra coming off my account is for the refuse to tell me . my experience with cell c has been a bad experience . and refuse to let you know if they are about to take more money off your account that you are not aware of
