Cell C
Ongoing from bank account months after contract termination!

Cell C are money from my bank account months after I terminated in October 2013! Cell C refuse to assist me, they keep debiting my account! I went to Cell C Howard centre store where I have been given abysmal service, the manager there Warren has been useless, 3 occasions 3 reference numbers promising call backs not once was I called back! Phoned customer care, same thing, ref number but no call back! E-mailed blanche Opperman of their escalations team who responded once but did nothing and now ignores all my e-mails and hangs up all calls on her cellphone! Mr Christians of head office promised to sort it out but nothing was done, he also ignores me on his cellphone!

Cell C are also money from other customers, it is the norm for cell c to commit blatant and ignore you. i will advise everyone to stay well clear of these and i will not rest until i have my money back and this situation rectified for good!

i have put cell c on here before and expect the same as last time, an automated response but zero assistance or care in the world about their customers!
