Promissed a new HTC one by 2013/06/30

Good Day,

I phoned MTN Direct to do a cell phone upgrade.
I was promised a new HTC one by the end of June 2013/06/30.
When I phoned on the 1st of July a was told that they are not going to get the phone because it is a poor quality phone but it is 100% better phone than the Samsung S4 and Sony Xperia Z which they do have in stock.
I want the phone I was promised seeing that I have been waiting for a month and Vodacom stocks the phone.
MTN has the worst service and communication ever.
