Cancellation of an upgrade with MTN Direct

I have done my upgrade with MTN Direct on the 26th January 2013 and received cellphone on the 29 January 2013. I returned the phone on the 4th February 2013 to the nearest MTN which is situated in Centurion Mall because the adapter was not working & the contract was still within 7 days of purchase.

Lehlogonolo phoned me on the 14th Feb 2013 to tell me that they will deliver the new cell phone on the 15th Feb 2013 and latest 18 Feb 2013. During the day on the 18 Feb 2013, Lehlogonolo phoned telling me that they are out-of-stock for the phone that i was looking for; i then told him to cancel the updrade and he promised to do it on the 19 Feb 2013. I phoned everyday from the 21st Feb 2013 and MTN Direct Consultants kept on sending email to him & copy his manager to come back to me, but he doesn't. Up to today, i am still waiting & consulntants are still telling me that it's only Lehlogonolo who can do it. Its been a month now without cellphone.

I tried to call him on his cell, but he is not responding and the updrade is not cancelled. I just want to talk to the MTN CEO because people like Lehlogonolo & his Manager don't deserve to be in the customer service
