No Stock, Poor communication, Bad service

My wife and I contacted Discovery VitalityMobile/Cell C in mid June. Both of our cellular contracts were coming to an end in June and we wanted to order the Sony Xperia Go Smartphone on contract. To enable this process, we would have to be on prepaid from July. We were informed that there were no stocks but an order was placed and it should arrive in a weeks time. To date there has been no success in obtaining stock. The call agents blame it on Sony SA and we are kept waiting. This is strange as other CellC stores, Vodacom and MTN all have this phone in stock. Avisha promised to call us back on 5th July but never did. Crestal cannot give any firm answers. She suggested other mobile phones such as the Samsung S3 mini. In light of the poor service, we requested that the Samsung S3 Mini could be given to us at the Sony Xperia Go price as it is not our fault that there is no stock. Never received a positive response. To date we have received no follow up on the Sony Xperia Go availability. Never expected to receive such bad service from a Discovery Vitality initiative. Get the phone we want and finalise this process urgently.
