My phone not vibrating and no network

I am not please with MTN at all, i took my phone in to be repaired because it was so slow and switching itself off. i was told it will take 2 weeks and someone will get back to me... well well guess what no one called me i had to personally go in the store and check if my handset is back. I get it now my phone does not vibrate and worse of all i hardly have network. So in short i am not happy with MTN at all
