FAULTY FNB SMART DEVICE!

Business & Finance

I received a Samsung Galaxy S4 from FNB on the 17/05
A few days later I realised that the handset does not vibrate - I called FNB and spoke to Zachier who referred me to MTN? should MTN even know me, my contract is with FNB not them! Obiently i contacted them & obviously they couldnt assist.
I called back to FNB and was then referred to Samsung- after numerous attemps to correct settings with samsung on the line the phone would still not vibrate, infact the vibrate option on the handset it grayed out which spells out - FAULT! - I was reffered back to FNB
I spoke to Nothando with a very challenging attitude and unwillingness to assist or atleast listen - conversation concluded that they would collect the phone for assessment. Days passed and still no phone call - I followed up and spoke to Chanese who decided FNB has nothing to do with this fault and that handset the should infact not be collected and assessed???
Can someone with authority please look into this matter and get back to me, I cannot be stuck with a R9000 worth phone that does not vibrate, the handset it faulty not broken and it is still under warrantee I believe. FNB - Thats how you can help me.
