Poor Service for first time customer!

Following my email dated Monday, 24 June 2013, and numerous calls since then, my issues are still NOT resolved!

This is my first month with Cell C and you are not making a very good impression! I have been asking for assistance since last week Thursday, 20 June 2013. According to all your incompetent Call Centre Agents, the turnaround time for queries such as these is between 24 and 48 hours.

My issue is twofold:

1. The balance on my phone reflects an account. I am being billed for Apple 300MB, whereas I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, 1GB data bundle contract.
2. I do not want a call limit on my phone!
