Updating Limit Increase

Good Day

I have requested my limit to be increase on my account on Monday morning 3rd June 2013, All call center agents confirmed this update takes 48 Hours, today is Friday 7th June 2013 and i am still waiting for this update.

After numerous calls everyday i have received no response and no text or phone call as promised by the call center agents. I have made the payments requested and now sit with a phone which is unable to make any phone calls, send text and receive email.

I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for two years and upgraded in April 2013 never was there any trouble, but now i am completely disappointed and frustrated with this appalling service by Cell C

I trust and hope this matter will be sorted soon
