PHONE IN WARRANTY

Phone not reading sim and also not charging - phone still withinn warranty.

Vodam Repairs came back and said the sim pins are broker and it is deemed as physical damage, which wont be covered under the warranty.

Having been in insurance for over 30 years, I know that is not physical damage.

I have spoken to several people at Vodacom Repairs, who are not capable of assisting or even returning my calls, eg. Patricia, Kim, Bonny, luke.

After care service is non existend at Vodacom. Same non cholant service at the Canal Walk Store.

Vodocam is passing the buck and refuses to fix or even re-imburse me.

I will never take another contract with Vodacom.
