At 11h35 i phoned mweb for assistance with a ADSL line which they never moved back to Telkom or cancelled when the adsl account was cancelled only to speak with an accounts person by the name of Ghaalib Jeaven who decided it was his job to explain to me the difference between arrogant and militant behavior. both of which i do not appreciate. My problem has still not been resolved nor have i had any feedback from [Email Removed] regarding the phone number in question. It is for exactly this reason why i will continue to direct people away from using any service that mweb offers. There are service providers that actually do treat their clients better and for the most part are cheaper than mweb. There is no reason to pay more and be treated worse.
