Very disappointed

Sidefree, do you have any news about the delivery of the phone. Last Saturday you assured me that by Wednesday the phone will be delivered to me. This is my last attempt to get this phone, I have waited enough I even lost my patience and thanks to cell C. Cell C sent me an SMS with this OBF083624 and the phone was delivered to Tygervalley & CellC have a nerve to send me an e-mail telling me to go & collect my phone from Tygervalley, that is not the address you have on your system. I just had enough of this now.
