WAKE UP!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I had a contract with Vodacom for almost 2 years, when suddenly my phone was switched off due to another acc. that was opened in my name, Vodacom couldn't even give me proof of any identification of mine for this "acc." I called Vodacom head office they said I should pay a fee of R1200, I paid the amount and went back to the branch where they told me I have to phone them myself.i went to another branch where they then told me that Head Office had made a mistake & that I wasn't supposed to pay that amount of R1200.THERE I WAS, 1200 out of my pocket without any results(&no refund)
So Vodacom? What am I supposed to do? I have sent numerous emails to your online email address, (NO RESPONSE) I have faxed through numerous letters with commissioner stamps on as requested (NO RESPONSE) I have made a payments that wasn't supposed to be made (NO REFUND) PLEASE explain to me how you call that service? I had to pay R120 for a blank sim card, as a woman at one of your branches explained to me that Vodacom is at fault and this Sim card will be working, and I will get my full refund! Guess whattttt. THE BLANK SIM CARD ISNT WORKING, I HAVNT RECEIVED ANY REFUND, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALL NOTHING!
