Still waiting for feedback, 3 weeks late

I made a complaint on Hello Peter regarding Vodacom listing my husband incorrectly, There was a lady calld Rochelle who was assisting me and for a moment there things were very promising as she was very helpful, it looked like the matter was going to be resolved finally. She searched for the call that the agent made to my husband and told us his name will be removed from ITC if we paid R1200.00, we paid the money and emailed her the proof of payment and everything, that was on the 11th of June and now 2 weeks later there is no feedback from her or anyone at Vodacom. I sent her an email about a week later and there was no response up until today nobody came back to us regarding this, the cell number in question was supposed to be reconnected and letter was to be sent to ITC to remove the delinquent status. So Please Vodacom can we please get this thing sorted out so we can all move on with our lives, Some feedback regarding this will really go a long way
