Service is Pathetic

I have been going through this for the past few months and never in my life have I experienced this level of PATHETIC customer service, especially from a company like Vodacom. They cannot get a single thing right!!! First of all... I upgraded from a Blackberry package to a SMART MEDEUM PLUS. So now that's done, or I thought was done. Little to my knowledge it was not done. So the manager of Vodacom 4u in Clearwater to me about that, saying that it would take affect from the beginning of the month (following Monday) so there I am using the new Blackberry 10 at R2.70 a mb.. So now not only do I sit with that Bill, but that Smart Medium plus that I was supposed to be on according to the very same manager of the Vodacom shop. I the laid a complaint with them. Vodacom then said that they will look into it. Few Weeks later they finally got back to me saying that, well basically because it was the managers fault I am liable to pay the Data chargers. R4500 - But they will reimburse me R1000. WOOP WOOP!!! So now that's all done they then go an change my package from a Smart medium plus to a Red Advantage almost double of what I was supposed to be paying. Now... trying to sort this o
