Lack of service from Telkom - no AVS

I started corresponding with Telkom on 20 May to make sure that our new office move would go smoothly. We relocated to a new area and our telephone numbers changed. I've have been trying to activate a AVS (automated voice system) on our old line informing clients of our new number. I've phoned and emailed Telkom but have gotten NO RESPONSE. I've logged the fault online but still no reaction.
This is costing us money and clients. I want an answer and SERVICE.
