Vodacom 3 G No Bandwidth

I have a Vodacom 3 G contract and when I am in Bloemfontein at home and try to connect I cannot get onto the internet at all most of the time. Basically the service is useless to me.

I get a strong signal (4 or 5 bars), but it seems that the network is overloaded because sometimes i get a " connection limit is reached" message.

This is not acceptable to me, and very poor service
