Altech making money from over billing customers

I took a laptop and moderm contract from them and two months later was advised to request a barred limit to be process against my internet usage which i did, completed the documentation and sent this back to the administrator who confirmed receiving it. Months later i am billed R2500 for internet usage apposed from the 249.00 contract initally taken out. When i query the barred limit request that i requested, no one claims responsibility and i am being threatened with blacklisting. Now this is exactly the kind of service that supports matters resulting in economic reccessions and i wil ensure that my case reaches the highest authority as i will not be mistreated. Pathetic service providers in SA really.
