Cell C
The Worst compay ever!!!

I had an account with Cell C that finished beginning 2012. Due to Cell C lack of service and poor communication with their customers. It came to my attention that my account was in arrears, I cleared the arrears but went through a absolute nightmare trying to get Cell C to acknowlege payments etc. Once fully paid I requested a letter stating that my account was up to date and the credit bereau's had been informed this accured June 13 2012. I recieved an sms this monday 1 YEAR LATER to say that I have been handed over to debt collectors for the amount outstanding. I contacted them and forwarded all proof of correspondance, all prrof of payments as well as previous Hello peter complaints and responses. I asked for a manger to call me and I am still waiting. I would likesome to call ASAP and explain what exactly is going on. the person that dealt with this case previosly were Nafeesah Adriaanse intially who passed it to Sandros Mhlongo who dealt with issue and D Mokatsane who signed off pmy letter to state that all was paid ion full and the credit bereau will be notified. I am beyonf=d furoius and annoyed by the incompentance that Cell C has to offer customers.
