I am sick and tired of supposed knowledgeable Vodacom people sending me email responses declaring they have refunded me and removed the WASP rubbish from my account and that they consider the issues closed.

It clearly is not the case since once again this morning 2:19:41 and 2:26:41 charges of 1c and R3 went off my account for unknown reasons - once again I am and have not subscribed to anything AT ALL... this is in addition to a charge of 1c going off my account just about every day since my last report here as referenced above.

It would seem there just is nobody with a shred of integrity to their name or position to address this issue in the company - simple incompetence, uselessness and people not knowing what they are doing or talking about.

I want my money back - every cent that is being from my account on a daily basis as well as any and all costs any and all WASPs are allowed by Vodacom to be taken from my account.
