Charges of a few cents Daily going from my account for "GPRS", durations of several 100s of seconds (typically 1500) and variable volumes.

Been trying to get this explained for months/years and not a single Vodacom employee could explain it - they keep telling me its my phone accessing the net etc etc and no matter what I do I cannot get this stopped

Suddenly since my discovery https:///vodacom/complaints/illegal-online-content-cost-taken-from-prepaid-1077206 and the actions taken by Vodacom wrt that case, I see the few cents a day charges have miraculously stopped and I am no longer incurring GPRS charges of a few cents daily - despite me using the same phone etc etc etc.

The only possible conclusion is that I have been to for years while trying to get to the bottom of this!

I want a full refund of every cent Vodacom has been from me (while pleading ignorance and innocence no less) on a daily basis over the last however many months/years.

I also want interest and compensation fro my time wasted trying to chase down this issue while ignorant and useless individuals intentionally keep stalling my efforts.
