I am so tired of this - once again empty promises were made that the WASP charges problem is sorted permanently and that I will be provided feedback on the "investigation"

still no feedback on the investigation and
again R3 illegally got taken off my account 17:00 28/7/13 by a WASP service

Can somebody that knows what they are talking about and that knows what they are doing wake up and do something?.. its now the probably the 5th time I have to come back here following empty promises.

I want the money refunded and any and all WASP services stopped on my account.

I have not ever subscribed to any WASP service... EVER!

What the is wrong with a company that they only employs incompetent fools?
