I am sick and tired of having to constantly check up on you so as to prevent you effectively my money by not keeping to the price plan/contract I am on.

I am on freecalls plan so how exactly is it possible for me to end up with a charge of R4.80 for a call that didn't even last 4 minutes at 16:47:43 on 3/7/13 - the supposed maximum charge is to be R3.60

You lot are a bunch of liars and cheaters apparently doing everything you can to your customers - the people that you should in fact be looking after.

This is in addition to the 1c again taken off my account at 15:06:35 also on 3/7/13 where you guys are evidently from me on a daily basis - refer Cindy Price for this on-going disaster that is also evidently still not resolved..

I insist that each and every cent from me by your obviously scaly business practices be refunded to my account immediately and I be compensated for still having to deal with this.

Is there no honesty and integrity left in your company at all?
