Exhausted and Disgusted - 5 months of S$%T service

I am disgusted and exhausted from the treatment I have received from MTN. Against my better judgement I renewed my MTN contract in January 2013 at Northgate branch after previous drama of MTN taking 5 days to port me from Vodacom in 2011. I received an S3 and instead of loading on 150MB data HAZEL loaded 75MB and did not cancel BIS which I am still paying for monthly. I have been in a battle with MTN NORTHGATE for the past 5 months.

I have made 6 visits to the store and had the manager KATHY personally handle the case to no avail. I have called KATHY several times and she does not return my calls. They tell me they sent requests to the service centre and then they don't follow up. I finally went there for the 6th time on Sunday 23/06 and after a shouting match, MAVIS promised they would follow up and call me on Monday. THREE DAYS LATER AND STILL NO WORD FROM MTN. I am counting down the months till this contract ends January 2015. Their staffs is useless and incompetent and don't give a about their customers!!! I WILL NEVER USE MTN AGAIN. MTN GIVE ME MY MONEY AND MB...!!!
