TERMINATION OF CELL PHONE NO

I contact Virgin Mobile this morning to ask if the Network is done because I cannot send sms, make calls, received calls, received sms not even emergency calls.
the call centre told me that my cell no was terminated off the system & they cant tell me why it is a system error, they can fix it but will only be fixed within 24-48 hours. this is unacceptable, how do I make calls if I am in a emergency, I want to know how Virgin Mobile can just by mistake terminate my cell no off the system, i want a valid explanation for this & want it fixed sooner then 24 hours if not, I want 1 month free subcription for the inconvenicen caused. I am very upset with this service.
OH & you cannot contact me on my cell - BECAUSE IT HAS BEING TERMINATED!!!
