Probably taking money for company braais...?

I have been paying off my debts with Flemix for a while now, with a garnishing order of R710, 81 on my pay monthly. On 25 January 2013 I received a statement from them stating I only still owe R 1389, 23 (after my January deduction). Now this means I have 2 months left. It's the 5th of August today and they are still deducting. This means THEY are already owing ME R 2875, 63 (Do the maths). Since end of March when they were SUPPOSED to have finished to date I had made around 52 phone calls to that STUPID 0861226623 (Which is alwys busy) number and sent 13 E-mails to NO AVAIL! This is bull. What am I still paying for? WHY am I still paying? Am I getting a refund and WHEN am I getting it? How many more phone calls must I make? How many more E-mails? Everytime I FINALLY reach someone the lady over the phone tells me "Eeet will be sorteeed out Seeer.", and that is where it ends and I never hear from anyone? Hopeless. Useless. I am really disgusted, disappointed and just about 3, 2cm passed off... Can anyone help?
