Does Cell C's legal department actually exist?

I cancelled two contracts with Cell C in June and August 2010. Two weeks ago, about 9 September 2013, a Legal firm phoned me and said that they were going to blacklist me because of an outstanding amount I apparently never paid on one of these contracts. No one from Cell C ever contacted me about an outstanding amount at all. Now I have been trying in vain to get hold of anyone in the Cell C legal department or accounts department. I am begining to wonder if it actually exist?!
