MTN IMPOSSIBLE TO GET NEW CONTTACT

I've tried since yesterday to obtain a new business contract with MTN. to no avail. No response from person i've sent email to with my bank statements etc. Have tried to call numeous times since and nooone is able to put me through to new busines contracts dept. How is MTN doing business if this is the case?
