Disgusting Service even after reported to H.P!!!

I am a cleaning lady at a company- I am not able to access the internet/ a computer. My H.R Manager logged a complaint on my behalf using her Hello Peter account. The problem is that MTN has "upgraded" my contract and billed me for it after I had told them I do not want an upgrade. They Have billed me R450.00 for a new contract AND I have not even received an upgrade which means I will be paying for something that I do not have and cannot afford. I then received a call from MTN and the man (Longe Piliso) told me that because the complaint wasnt logged with my own personal hello peter account that he could not help me and i must phone the call centre - ( which I have been doing for the past 2 weeks!!) He had a very bad attitude. I had given my H.R manager the phone because I did not understand him and he then shouted at her and dropped the call (Disgusting)!!! I then called Head Office and they told me I need to contact Summa Mobile-All the contact numbers from Summa Mobile do not exist. It immediately cuts me off! I am disgusted at the service Ive been presented with. No body is willing to help me at MTN. It is insane to see that they are willing to rip off the less fortunate!!!
