I've updated my contact from BB to a Samsung package, for 3 months I've been billed for BB internet service
I spoke to Mnt, who directed me to the branch where I've done the upgrade (Northgate), went there, explained my story ; Where the Manager told me, Mtn will Not refund me until I return 05/06/2013 to dispute this situation with the colleague whom assisted me that day of the upgrade (whom is on leave now)
I told the manager I will take this further; Responded with a don't care response... I left
I've contacted MNT myself cancelled the BB internet service, and logged a refund request myself (this can only be resolved in 5 days according to mnt)
This is not the first Complaint regarding the attitude of Northgate staff, I searched Online for the same problem regarding the manager, and I found one

This was the response after his problem was resolved... "Utterly Disgusted: Nothing's changed at this branch so it doesn't help complaining it's the usual acknowledge the customer complaint and then sweep it under the carpet... "
