Goodday
I am not happy at all. Mtn deducted more money than the one we agreed on. I have tried to contact them since yesterday but noone answers the fone. I need some answers about this billing I only agreed n singed a contract to pay R337.99 per month but they took R669.00 for what I don't know I need my money back on my account efore tomorrow for my debit orders I don't know how can they do this n not answers the fones when we call m sick n tired of all this things. I need some explanation to all this or I'll have to reconsider taking anything from mtn ever again.
