Unrequested Over Billing

I'm actially very tired of the errors done by cashiers and the inconvenieces caused. I paid with my card for good to a total of 167.97 and the cashier billed me for 567.97 and the other 400 was deducted for cashback. I never requested for cash back and they can't reverse the money back into my account, I had the money put aside for a debit order, I work 8-5, I don't have time to go que at the bank to deposit the money so the debit can get money in the account, I will be pernalised because I don't have enough money in my account, its just unnecesary inconvenience really. I'm seriously not happy with that.
