NO FEEDBACK ON MONEY DISAPPEARING

My wife and I upgraded last year October to blackberries. We never had a problem till recently. My wife started noticing about a month ago that her money keeps on going down, so we started monitoring it. It started with R7.00 a day. We went to the MTN shop at Riverwalk Vanderbijlpark on the 2nd February, we were there for 2 hours and no one could give us an answer to where the money is going to. They said that they cant see any thing on the itemized billing. So we went home, and in the meantime the money still got deducted. On the 5th February we went back to MTN Riverwalk Vanderbijlpark and they enquired again and still said that they cant see anything going off or why its going off. On Saterday 9th February we went to MTN DIRECT in Three Rivers, the manager there phoned head office and even they could not give him or us any answers. They all said that they will look in to it and get back to us, but up till today we had no feed back and the money is still getting deducted of the acount every day. Its R7.00 thats getting deducted every day and no one can give us answers. Its unacceptable.
