VODACOM ARE MAGICIANS! Making my money disappear!!

My dad is with Vodacom and is having endless problems with them. After being sent on a wild goose chase, we are all fed up with your lack of service and no care attitude towards your customers! He's on pay as you go and there's numerous different amounts of money getting deducted from his cellphone. When we follow up on what it is for NO ONE can answer as to where its going or who's taking it! Friday there was R15 deducted for no reason, Saturday again R15. I recharged his phone personally with R29 and upon checking he had R20 left. R9 gone JUST LIKE THAT! Oh the magic that is Vodacom!! If only you can make your bad services disappear as fast as you make our airtime disappear! We need answers on who gave instructions on deducting his account. He has NO subscriptions confirmed by Thabelo at your call center. And Faith you were no help either!! You CAN'T JUST TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY. I'm not interested in excuses! We need answers and we need it YESTERDAY! I am beyond done! If you can't do your work, there are A LOT of people out there looking for work!!! CALL ME and have your facts ready!
