Shocking Service

I logged a complaint against Telkom Mobile / 8ta last week and have had absolutely no feedback from then at all with regard to a solution to my problem. All they do is send out an email acknowledging your complaint, asking for more detail (which I have had to do twice) and then they just do not come back to you. Their service is shocking to say the least.
