I posted a complaint on the 11 of June (6723046) in regards to poor signal and some guy from the call centre responded saying the issue was being investigated and would be addressed in 10 days. I later on sent another email, asking for the status and I was asked to be patient. Now its 15 days later, nothing has been done and I sent another email but this time there hasnt been a response or anything. So I just want to know if MTN has failed to fix this so I can plan on changing service providers. Apparently a consultant is supposed to call me so they set up a meeting with me but none of this has happened thus far. Can someone assist.
