We decided to add my husband to my medical aid as a member as well as downgrade my plan from a coastal core to a key care plus. We sent all the necessary documents at the beginning of this month. A few days later we received an email requesting us to resubmit certain forms as some of the questions had been missed. Which we did immediately. 2 days later another email asking us to sign next and date next to all the added information. Which we did again immediately. 2 days later they said point 8 was not dated, we dated it and sent it back, non the less they have sent this form back to us about 8 times requesting the same thing which we have already done. I have called the call centre twice the last time being 4 days ago and they assured they would call me back that day to sort out the problem. Needless to say I am still waiting. I have addressed my complaint in writing to the new business department with no response. I am also wondering on the status of my downgrade which I also have queried via email numerous time with no response except please fix point 8. My husband is so frustrated he says we should look for other medical aid. I truly hope someone will call me before then.
