I SENT MY DOCUMENTS OFF ON THE 4TH JUNE, I DID A FOLLOW UP ON THE 11TH JUNE AND JOHN INFORMED ME THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS AND I MUST SPEAK TO PATIENCE, I CALLED HER THE SAME DAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HER TO RETURN MY CALL AND SHE HASNT CALLED YET, TODAY I SPOKE TO BILLY JEAN AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVENT LOOKED AT MY APPLICATION YET AS THEY HAVE MOVED AND THEIR MIGHT BE A BACK LOG, HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM, IF I DONT PAY MY PREMUIM THEN YES IT WILL COME DOWN AS MY PROBLEM THATS WHY I SNT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS EARLY. IS SOMEBODY GOING TO CALL ME AND TRY TO ASSIST US.
