Allways out of stock

I currently have 3 accounts for Nokio C3's that are due for upgrades. For the past year, i could not use one of the phones as the battery does not work and I could not get any Cell C store to provide a battery as apparently the parts are not made anymore. Wonderpark Cell C promised to order it, but have never received any stock, thus I paid for a phone for 12 months without being able to use it. With great relief I went to the Kollonade for upgrades on Friday the 14th. I want 2 Samsung Galaxy S3 mini smartphones (R199pm) and a Samsung Galaxy S3 (R299 pm) and to my great dissappointment, they were out of stock. We have phoned numerous times since then, but none of the staff can give us an idea when stock will be available after they promised to phone me asap. What a dissappointment. Soth Africa should wake up and realize that Cell C may have the lowest call rate, but the worst service and access to products in the countly. Do not switch as you will never be able to get parts or to upgrade as they never have stock available and do not care to order stock. Their customer service is non existent as nobody cares to walk the extra mile to provide a customer with the required product.
