It's a week later and my line is still not working

Last week Friday I reported my line as faulty and late afternoon it came back on. It didn't work properly which I REPORTED TWICE. Yesterday my line was off again and I reported it again. IT's STILL NOT WORKING. After putting us back in the 19th century with your maximum speed of 2.5 mb copper line while the rest of the world is working on a minimum of 40mb I find it amazing that you have the audacity to make ads telling people how wonderful you are and that a company only need call you for all their solutions while at the same time you can't provide something as simple as a telephone line. This might be to complicated for Telkom to comprehend but I am losing business, if you don't understand that sentence please get someone to explain it to you
