Cell C
No delivery and feedback after 5 days

I applied for a cellphone contract on the 20th June and was promised that all should be sorted out in 48hrs and delivery will be in 5 - 7 days. I called just to check on the status of my order and to my suprise nothing was done as yet. I was expecting to get a call from Cell C at least by the 4th day to confirm my delivery address. I called yesterday to check but still it was still with the verification department whereas it was supposed to be on its way to delivery. I called this morning and was so annoyed to hear that nothing has been done still. CAN PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT'S THE HOLDUP AS I'M EXPECTING MY PHONE BY LATEST TOMORROW.
