I processes a contract offer on my business 400 contract on Oct 25th. I was told that within 5 to 7 working days (Today is 7 days) I would received my phone. So I called the 084 145 number and went through to a operator. I was informed by them that the courier tried to contact me this morning and could not get a hold of me. If I want more info I MUST phone the Courier Company!! So I did, and the courier company say that they are only receiving the parcel from Cell C tonight and not today, I am not at the delivery address tomorrow as I have multiple accounts to manage and will be in midrand tomorrow not PTA! I ask if I can change the delivery address, informed that can only be done by Cell C, can I confirm a time, NO! the driver will call me when he is outside. So i ask who will he deliver it too if I am not here, no he wont, they will keep the phone until I am available in PTA. Horrible service, I have been a cell c Customer since 2007, and will change over soonest. I spend R1500 a month with this horrible company, All I want is soon effective and clear communication and to meet your own stipulated deadlines!
