Of the best service i have received in a long time

I managed to break my Titan phone, when i phoned them up, fully expecting to have to pay for the repair, the company had the phone collected from my house within 3 days, had it back to me within a week. Fixed, no questions asked and free of charge!!! Then there was something wrong with the repair. When i phoned them to inform them of the defect, they elected to replace the phone.
Whilst the hardware is a bit slow, i fully endorse this product simply because of the GREAT service.
