NASHUA MOBILE DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME NOR MONEY

1. I submitted a damaged phone for insurance claim. Received back, after 1 month on Tuesday. Report said they could not repair. Now I discover the claim was submitted under my number instead of my daughter's number. I used her number from the start and someone at Nashua messed it up. Now after a whole month I have to start the process again!!!
2 You hold for ages when you call and you have to pay for all those calls and holding time
3 I was going to upgrade but due to various things cancelled the upgrade and my contract. The upgrade went through anyway. I got them to cancel but I still do not have the 500 minutes I pay for - they gave me the minutes on the upgrade contract which was cancelled. I have e mailed 3 people starting yesterday and not one of them will respond
.Now I have to sit on the phone again for an hour or more and pay for the call to sort out their mess ups
