Billed than the amount on a top100 contract

I have had my contract for more than 24 months and have never once experienced this problem.
The problem is that my mobile service provider MTN billed me R60 more than the agreed amount on a top100 contract account.
I have two topup100 accounts with MTN Account no A1532728 for cell number 083 267 6391 and for cell number 071 889 5333. Both lines run from the same account number and were due for an upgrade.
Last week I received a call for an upgrade of which I indicated that I am not ready for an upgrade yet and that I want to keep my account as it is for now until i decide what to do with it. R60 is a lot of money to overcharge so i sent the debit order back at my bank until i receive the correct bill.
